Goal
- Every person in this community; NOT just the peace officer, is responsible for the safety of themselves and others
- Crime is not a police problem – It is a community problem, of which the men and women who choose to wear the uniform are a part of. As such, the community must work to resolve issues of public safety

Our personnel and community will maintain more than that; we will constantly and consistently be “thoughtful” in our application of selfless service. This means being able to articulate decisions/actions and keeping the mission clear. This is a key component which we believe is key to successful community safety.

- The silver circle surrounding and intertwined with the gold star represents the community we are inextricably a part of and they a part of us! The interweaving is also representative that the overall community is supportive of each other – the police are the public and the public are the police.
- The dual American flags represent our dedication to the United States Constitution and the American way. The hope for a better life, when we put the work in.
- The seal of Wyoming represents our dedication to the Wyoming State Constitution and our way of life – Fiercely independent yet still dedicated to the common good of the community.
